    When doing the Wedinar, it would be helpful for you to address the 90 day stay issue. I think CMS is forgetting that after 90 days, the patient no longer has Medicare Part A and we are to bill Medicare Part B. We need to know how to address this and inform Medicare of this at the time of billing so they don’t deny stating pt is in Part A stay.

    Thanks, Janet. The OIG’s report does address the *100*-day stay issue, and it acknowledges there are lots of communication problems re: when patient goes from Part A to Part B, as you note.
